How to order

You can place your order using the Très Divin online shopping trolley, by telephone or by email.  Placing your order with Très Divin is safe, secure and easy.

Online
You can order securely online by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

You can also transfer your payment to our bank account.  The account name, number and BSB will be displayed as a part of the checkout process.  Remember to include your Client Order Number as a description when depositing to our account so we can easily match your payment to your order.
Très Divin uses 128-bit SSL encryption to process payments.

Email

Email us your order and contact details and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to organise payment.
We are happy to accept cheques if you order by telephone or email, although your order will not be sent until the cheque is received and cleared in our account.   

The goods you ordered will be dispatched upon receipt of your order and processing of your credit card payment, electronic funds transfer, or clearance of cheque. You can email us at enquiries@tresdivin.com.au

Delivery
Très Divin delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post and, for bulk orders or where more economical than post, via couriers.
Orders will be promptly dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment.
Delivery times vary depending on your location – allow 2-5 working days for your order to reach its destination from the time it leaves our offices.

Regular Post - You should receive your order between 1 and 3 days after payment has been processed and the package has been packed and sent from our offices, as long as you are in the metropolitan area.  Outside the metropolitan area may take longer. 
Delivery fee Australia wide is AUD$12.95. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. General delivery time is 2 to 7 working days.

Postage charges
We currently offer flat rates of postage in Australia regardless of how much you order.

Courier Service
Our courier service is used in the event of a large personal or wholesale order. Please contact us prior to placing your order and we will give you a courier delivery cost.

International Orders
Très Divin is based in Sydney, Australia. We will happily ship purchases overseas to the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Europe and Asia using Australia Post Air Mail. Please email us at enquiries@tresdivin.com.au for postage charges. Alternately contact us during business hours on +61 400 606 908.  We would love to send you our products, so we will get back to you with a shipping price within 24 hours.

Pricing and Products
We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion and to replace goods with a similar quality product from a different supplier. Colours or products may vary slightly due to dye lots or suppliers used.

Terms and Conditions + Refund Policy
At Très Divin we keep supplies of our stock on hand to limit any chance of unavailable items. If an item you have selected is temporarily unavailable or sold out, Très Divin will contact you within 24hrs to organise an alternative choice, notify you of a delivery delay or we will happily put the item on an urgent backorder for you.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavour to solve the issue to the best of our ability. Très Divin prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged or not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss an appropriate resolution.  However please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for goods once we have dispatched them using the method of shipping you have selected.

Although we take the utmost care to check over any stock before it leaves us, should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of the item (but not the shipping costs) upon receipt and authentication of fault.
All exchanges must take place within 3 weeks of purchase date. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged so they are not damaged during return transit. We recommend that you use "Registered Post" - this requires a signature for proof of delivery and will ensure that it does not get lost in the mail.

Please note: ribbon by the metre cannot be returned or refunded as it is cut to your requirements.

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
* Unused, unopened and in original condition
* Undamaged
* Returned within 21 days of invoice
* In a saleable condition upon return

Privacy
Très Divin is committed to the protection of the personal information of individuals. Très Divin is bound by, and will comply with, the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 ("Act").

Your privacy is important to us. At Très Divin, we recognise the need to minimize the personal information you need to supply us in order to facilitate our business. We collect your personal information in order to enable us to process and deliver your orders, inform you of special promotions and important changes to our website that may be of interest to you. Only the minimum information we require will be requested of you.
Très Divin collects personal financial information in order to confirm the identity and bill customers for our products.
By placing an order you consent to certain information being passed on to third parties where necessary. These include credit card companies to process orders and if requested, courier companies to facilitate delivery of our products. Your personal information will only be passed on to our delivery couriers on a need to know basis in order to enable timely delivery.
